Definition
“Products” means the tooling, equipment, parts and/or other articles covered by a Purchase Order (an “Order”) issued by the customer named in the Order (the “Customer”) to Forumcards (“FC”).
Pricing
Prices displayed on the site, in catalogues, price lists or other sales literature, are correct at the time of display. We reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. However, once we have accepted your order, we will not change the price that applies to such order.
Taxes
The prices quoted by Forumcards do not include any federal, provincial, state or local excise, sales, use, value added gross receipts or other taxes, customs or import duties or any other charges, duties, fees, costs or expenses. Customer will pay the full amount of any such taxes, duties or charges now or hereafter imposed by law upon, with respect to, or measured by, the manufacture, sale, shipment, use or price of any Product sold.
Availability of goods
All goods advertised for sale on the site are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we shall let you know by email or phone.
We shall not charge you for goods that we cannot supply for any reason. However, we will not be responsible for any losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.
We have attempted to display all the goods on the site as accurately and fairly as possible, taking account the limitations of website design, graphical and photographic technology.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping and Handling may be charged in addition to the price of the product. Our rates for shipping and handling are as follows and are subject to change without notice.
USA Delivery: $5.15 for a Single package – Allow up to 10 working days for delivery (Mon-Fri)
International Delivery: Starting at $16.95 for a Single package – Allow up to 14 working days for delivery

Delivery
We will deliver the goods to the address given to us by you at the time you make your purchase.
We endeavor to ensure that the products are delivered to the address specified by you by any delivery date estimated by us. However, we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered by the estimated delivery date. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, damages or charges incurred by you because of late delivery of the products.
When you have received the goods at the address specified in your delivery instructions, the risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you.
We will not be responsible for any non-delivery of products by our designated carrier outside the USA.
Payment information
You can pay online with your credit card or a PayPal account.
We use PayPal to process all online payments.
All credit and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any non-delivery or delay.
You may pay also pay for the Product by wire in USD. However, we will not dispatch your Product until the wire has cleared in our account. Please email us if you prefer to use wire, we will email you the account information.
After your wire has cleared, we will confirm your order by email or phone. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding agreement between us.
Transmission of your debit or credit card number or other data in relation to payment for the goods shall be at your entire risk. We cannot accept any responsibility or liability for failures in transmission of information, deletion, non-delivery or failure to store any communications by you. We don’t store any of your credit card information.
Return Policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with the product you buy from our site. If you are not satisfied, you may return them to us within 14 days for replacement or refund – providing they are sealed and unopened and in a re-saleable condition.
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective product, we will give you a full refund or replacement including the cost of postage and packaging – providing the goods are returned within 14 days of the date of the invoice or delivery note.
Please return the product by mail as specified on the original dispatch note to you. If you do not have the dispatch note, please contact our Customer Services by email or by phone on +1 650-888-2635 for instructions and help with our returns procedure.
The risk of damage to any product you return to us will remain with you until the products have been delivered to our premises and accepted by us at those premises.

Forumcards makes no representation that materials in the site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States. Those who choose to access this site from outside the United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
